My name is Mary Reynolds, president of Casco Bay Pilot Car LLC. I have
been in business as an owner operator pilot car driver since 2003. With
much excitement, and a lot of anticipation, I was able to start Casco
Bay Pilot Car LLC on January 1, 2020.

At Casco Bay Pilot Car LLC our mission is to provide trustworthy and
dependable pilot car services for

over-sized transportation within the
New England area. We pride ourselves on the knowledge and expertise that we are able to provide our customers. As our slogan says, “We’re with you all the way.”

2003

PILOT CAR CARREER STARTED

Before Casco Bay Pilot Car became incorporated, I started out in this business as an owner operator pilot car driver since 2003. With many miles traveled and thousands of deliveries throughout the New England area completed — this is where I developed my skills and the backbone of customer service that is know even today.

2020

THE LAUNCH OF CASCO BAY PILOT CAR LLC

As years progressed I see a great opportunity and I was also approached by several people in the industry about providing more opportunities and services for increased production and transport of oversized loads. With great excitement I was able to start my very first corporation outside of doing business as myself and now hiring on full time employees and purchasing several company vehicles to fulfill the need for companies with oversized loads that require pilot car services.
